MTFT is dedicated to the development of the youth. Our Director of Performance and Development has worked closely with the youth through volunteering, public speaking events, mentorship, and annual youth sport development clinics.

 

We strive to enrich each child's life with safe, fun, and effective functional exercise techniques that are engaging. Each child is different so we utilize various training methods to ensure we focus on their strengths and help them grow psychologically, physiologically, and anatomically.
