Meet Coach Malik, with over 10 years of hands-on experience in health and fitness. As the founder and driving force behind More Than Fit, his vision has always been to create more than just a training program—it’s about educating people on how to move better and train smarter, from the inside out. Coach Malik utilizes a holistic approach to training that encompasses the whole person and external factors. His experience includes completing 600 hours of personal training education from the National Personal Training Institute of Colorado, and specializes in Youth Exercise, Performance Enhancement, and Pre- & Postnatal Coaching.

Julie Brow-Polanco, MH, FMCHC, MSHHP, NASM-CPT has been practicing natural health principles and teaching others how to live more naturally for more than twenty years. She is an author, speaker, blogger, podcaster, teacher, herbalist, health coach, and personal trainer with a focus on helping women and teens make lasting, healthy lifestyle changes that will impact them for a lifetime. Her compassionate, client-centered approach integrates traditional wisdom with cutting-edge, science-backed options to restore health and functional movement so people can lead active, fulfilling lives. Julie's background includes aromatherapy and Western herbalism, Functional Medicine and nutrition, traditional Chinese Medicine principles, mind-body techniques, and peak performance strategies. And, even though she lives with fibromyalgia, she is a living testament to the power of nutrition and exercise since she actively enjoys outdoor sports, including white water kayaking and distance cycling.
