Is Personal Training only for beginners?
Personal Training is everyone, no matter the skill level. It’s great for beginners to help get acclimated to working out in a gym setting or at home. Learning proper technique and building a great habit of in-sync mechanics. On the flip side, if you are an intermediate or advanced fitness enthusiast, personal training can help you push through that plateau or shred that last percentage of body fat. The best athletes in the world use trainers to keep them striving for excellence.
How long before I see results?
Generally, it takes 8-12 weeks before you begin to “see” results. What type of results you “see” is very individual and depends on your baseline fitness, how hard and how frequently you exercise, and what your goals are. More importantly, you will “feel” the results of exercise almost immediately. At MTFT we try to reduce the obsession with the visual results, however, if looking great is your goal, we will make it happen! Moreover, we aim to bring everything together as a whole with exercise; increase your energy, reduce stress levels, look and feel good, and improve your strength.
What is the refund/cancellation policy for Training Services?
All personal training sessions and packages are purchased from MTF and not one individual trainer. All prepaid sessions are non-refundable and have a 6 month expiration from purchase date. Scheduled sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice or they will be charged. Prices are subject to change without notice and all sales are final.

No worries. We can still train virtually! Each program is based on what you have available. I will build the program with all of your equipment in mind. I do encourage clients to make investments within their comfort and ability for resistance bands, stability balls or other equipment that will add benefits to and accelerate reaching your potential.

Integrating weights/resistance with time under tension in your training routine is one of the best ways to building lean muscle mass, lower body fat, strengthen your range of motion, and reduce your likelihood of injury so that you can optimize your performance and quality of life.

Is there a free consultation? And how do I schedule my complimentary consultation?
Depending on the type of injury and the stage of healing, I can create programs that limit or avoid stress to the affected site. I also develop corrective exercise strategies to improve mobility, joint stabilization, connective tissue strength and flexibility.
However, no corrective exercise or post rehabilitation program delivered by any MTFT coach is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or mechanical malalignment. Within our scope of practice, we will work with you to create a progressive program that works to inhibit overactive musculature, stimulate under active muscle structures, activate biomechanical efficiency and integrate compound movements to enhance functionality.
What if I have an injury?
How do I get a username/password for the MTFT Mobile App?
Two Options: You can sign up through the contact form with an inquiry for such; or you can use the "Get Started" tab to sign up.
Access to mobile app is only for current clients, or those looking to join for access to classes.
How do I get my virtual training workouts?
Your workout program will be available in (My Pt Hub) (mobile and desktop). Once you have registered, you will receive an email to sign-up. Once you have submitted your personal questionnaire, your workouts will be created and integrated into the the platform. Features such as video demonstrations, workout descriptions, and in-app chat features to ask me questions, or leave notes in your workout log will help us stay on track.
