MTF's coach-led strength classes are built for adults who want more than a workout — they want a program. A maximum of 9 people per session across a 3-zone setup means you get the energy of a group with the attention of personal training. Every class has structure, every cycle has a goal, and every person in the room has a coach watching their movement.
