MTF Class Membership

Our MTF Class memberships are designed around coach-led training with structure, not just access to a gym. Your plan is based on weekly frequency--2x/week, 3x/week. or high frequency (up to 4x/week).

 

Simple, structured, and designed to keep you consistent--because results come from showing up.

  • Baseline assessment/Strength Test 

  • Capped classes for more individualized attention

  • Access to in-house Physical Therapist

  • Structured programming designed for real progress

  • Access to the MTF training environment and equipment

  • Recovery support including Normatec compression boots

Athlete Performance

Our MTF Athlete Performance Training runs on an 8-week cycle so athletes can build real progress with structure and consistency. Sessions are 60 minutes and focus on speed, strength, power, movement quality, and mindset coaching.

This structure keeps athletes consistent, supports recovery, and allows us to track progress across the full training block in-season or in the off-season.

What you get:

  • Baseline assessment/Strength Test

  • Options for daily, 2x/week and 3x/week

  • Access to in-house sport psychologist counselors

  • Access to in-house physical therapist

  • Recovery support including Normatec compression boots

Additional MTF Memberships

In addition to founding memberships, MTF memberships, and athlete performance MTF will also offer personal training and open gym slots. This allows us to create a stronger overall training model while continuing to deliver a high-quality, coached experience for every member.
